Inclusive Care for Every Stage of Life. Here's to 2026
Hello from Inclusive Quality Care,
At Inclusive Quality Care, we believe support should be practical, compassionate, and inclusive at every stage of life. Whether we’re helping a child build social confidence, supporting a family through toileting, or assisting seniors to live independently. Our goal is always the same: to meet people where they are and support meaningful independence no matter age or ability.

🎲 Dungeons & Dragons Social Skills Program
Our Dungeons & Dragons program is more than a game, it’s a structured, inclusive social experience designed for neurodivergent youth.
- Build social communication and teamwork skills
- Practice turn-taking, decision-making, and flexibility
- Grow confidence in a supportive, low-pressure environment
Sessions are guided with intention and supported by our ABA Consultant.

🚽 Virtual Toileting Support Program
Toileting can be one of the most stressful milestones for families and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
- Digital resources families can use along side our guided program
- Group education session via Zoom
- 1:1 consultation and follow-up support with our ABA Consultant
This program is brand new. We recognize how long families sit on waitlists and how expensive private therapy can be, so we have priced this program as accessibly as possible.

Working With Seniors
We provide respectful, person-centred support for seniors who wish to remain comfortable and independent in their own homes. We also assist those living in facilities and work along side the team to help.
Our services focus on:
-
Daily living support
-
Companionship and routine-building
-
Maintaining dignity, safety, and independence
Our approach is rooted in understanding that every senior has their own routines, preferences, and life experiences. We aim to support independence wherever possible while offering reliable assistance that brings peace of mind to both seniors and their families. Quality care means trust, consistency, and compassion and we take that responsibility seriously.

Supporting Individuals With Disabilities
Inclusive Quality Care offers individualized support for children, youth, and adults with disabilities, with a strong focus on respect, autonomy, and meaningful participation in daily life.
Our approach emphasizes:
-
Skill-building and independence
-
Routine support and daily living assistance
-
Collaboration with families and care teams
-
Social and community outings
We recognize that support looks different for everyone. Our role is to work alongside individuals and their families to build confidence, encourage independence, and create opportunities for connection within the community always honouring personal goals, abilities, and preferences.
❄️ Winter Riddle
I fall from the sky, but I’m not rain.
I cover the ground, but I’m not a blanket.
I can be soft, or I can be ice-cold.
What am I?
Before we sign off, I want to take a moment to thank you for being here and for taking the time to learn about the work we do.
Whether you are a parent navigating supports, a caregiver, a family member, or someone simply exploring options for yourself or a loved one, we know these journeys are not always easy. Asking questions, seeking support, and advocating for care takes courage and we see that.
At Inclusive Quality Care, we don’t take your trust lightly. Our commitment is to listen, to support with compassion, and to walk alongside individuals and families with respect, patience, and care. Every person we work with brings their own story, strengths, and goals, and we are honoured to be part of that process.
If you ever have questions, need guidance, or simply want to explore whether one of our programs may be a good fit, please know that our door is always open.
Thank you for being part of a community that believes in inclusion, dignity, and quality care.
Warmly
Brenda and Tina
