Frequently Asked Questions
How do we get started?
Start by contacting us to book a free consultation. We will learn about your goals, recommend the best package, and schedule sessions at a consistent time that works for you.
What ages do you work with?
We support teens, young adults, and adults. During the consultation we will confirm goals, learning style, and the best approach for the individual.
Do parents or guardians need to attend sessions?
Not usually. Sessions are one-on-one with the participant. Each package includes a monthly 20-minute parent or guardian check-in to review progress, goals, and next steps.
Is this therapy?
No. This is non-clinical life skills coaching and practical support. We focus on skill-building, routines, confidence, and real-world practice. If clinical therapy is needed, we can suggest appropriate resources.
What platform do you use for virtual sessions?
Sessions are typically held on Zoom. We will send a simple link before each session and can support participants and families in getting set up.
What if we need to reschedule?
We understand that things come up. Please provide as much notice as possible. We will share our rescheduling policy during onboarding so expectations are clear and supportive for everyone.
What kinds of goals can be worked on?
Common goals include daily routines, self-care, meal planning, organization, communication, self-advocacy, social confidence, money skills, community participation, and job readiness. Coaching is personalized based on what matters most to the participant and family.
