Karaoke Connections is a supportive 10-week virtual social program designed for individuals who benefit from guided peer interaction, community, and low-pressure social engagement through music.

This is not a performance-based group - participants are welcome to sing, listen, cheer others on, or simply enjoy being part of a positive and inclusive space. Our goal is connection, encouragement, and having fun together.

10 weeks Starts March 13, 2026

  • Fridays | 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

  • 10-Week Virtual Program (Zoom)

  • Small group format (limited spots available)

  • Facilitated by Inclusive Quality Care staff

  • Participants receive the Zoom link after registration

All comfort levels are welcome ,singing is always optional.


🎢 10-Week Theme Schedule + Social Skill Goals

Each week includes a fun karaoke theme along with gentle, supportive social skill practice such as communication, confidence building, and peer encouragement.


Week 1: Welcome Week - Sing Your Favourite

Goal: Comfort, belonging, and introductions
Social Skill Practice: Greeting others, sharing about yourself, learning group routines


Week 2: Disney & Movie Magic

Goal: Connection through familiar music and shared interests
Social Skill Practice: Listening while others sing, waiting for your turn, joining group conversation


Week 3: Feel-Good Hits Only

Goal: Confidence building and positive energy
Social Skill Practice: Giving compliments, encouraging peers, participating in a supportive way


Week 4: Throwback Night (70s/80s/90s)

Goal: Social conversation and shared memories
Social Skill Practice: Asking questions, responding to others, practicing friendly back-and-forth


Week 5: Pop Star Party

Goal: Self-expression and sharing preferences
Social Skill Practice: Talking about favourite artists, respecting different choices, building confidence


Week 6: Country & Campfire Singalong

Goal: Relaxed group bonding and participation
Social Skill Practice: Group engagement, joining in with others, building comfort in community spaces


Week 7: Duets & Friendship Songs

Goal: Teamwork and social connection
Social Skill Practice: Supporting peers, shared participation, practicing cooperation and flexibility


Week 8: Broadway & Musicals Night

Goal: Creativity, emotional expression, and confidence
Social Skill Practice: Expressing feelings appropriately, celebrating others, trying something new


Week 9: Love & Kindness Songs

Goal: Strengthening community and positive communication
Social Skill Practice: Gratitude, kind language, building friendship and belonging


Week 10: Celebration Showcase Party πŸŽ‰

Goal: Celebration, reflection, and closure
Social Skill Practice: Recognizing personal growth, celebrating peers, ending the program with confidence and pride

Our final week includes a special celebration with certificates and fun awards to recognize participation, kindness, and connection. certificates will be sent out in between week 9 and 10 so that we can cheer each other on.Β
